What's Included?

• 1 hour appointment with GP to discuss the pregnancy and birth, examination and advice on contraception, mental health and well-being in the 4th trimester;
• Blood pressure check and advice on treatment if needed;
• Blood test to include full blood count, ferritin/B12/vitamin D levels and diabetes screen;
• Vaginal swab to check your vaginal microbiome;
• Follow up with a pelvic health physiotherapist for a personalised plan of support for your pelvic floor and core (home visit available for an extra charge made payable to the physiotherapist);
• Post-appointment summary letter for your GP (if you give consent) and for you;

• Prescription if needed*
