• x2 appointments with a women's health GP (before and after your tests/treatment)
• GP summary letter and personal summary letter to document all recommendations
• An ultrasound to look at your pelvic organs and check your antral follicle count
• Specific panel of bloods (taken by a nurse who visits your home or work) to look at your hormone levels (including AMH) and for some specific causes
• Second finger-prick test kit sent out to you to check your progesterone levels later in your cycle
• Vaginal swabs to look for other potential contributers to subfertility
• Prescriptions*
